DESCRIPTION:This intensive\, week-long programme aims to fast-track techno
 logy and innovation ideas to commercial reality. The blend of practical te
 aching sessions\, one-to-one and group clinics\, mentors’ sessions and e
 xpert advice from leading entrepreneurs and innovators will give participa
 nts the tools\, contacts and confidence to transform their idea or innovat
 ion into a successful business project or venture.\n\n*When is it?*\nSunda

 r researchers\, research associates\, postdoctorates\, postgraduates or gr
 aduates considering their own venture; as well as solo scientists or tech
 nologists seeking to commercialise a new product or service. It is also op
 en to Industry partners\, corporate intrapreneurs and innovators. Since 19
 99\, over 400 people from 25 countries have attended Ignite leading to app
 roximately 120 business ventures\, start ups and spin outs.\n\n*Develops S
