  (CSSA-CAM) is hosting an Opening Ceremony of the 2011 CSSAUK High-Level E
 ntrepreneurship Challenge\, initiated and organized by the Embassy of the 
 People's Republic of China and organized by the CSSA-UK on Tuesday 22nd Ma
 rch\, 2011 in Cambridge. The launching of this grand event and its press c
 onference will be held at The Møller Centre\, Churchill College\, in the 
 University of Cambridge. \n\nDistinguished guests attending and speaking o
 n the Ceremony include: \n\nMinister Counsellor Xiaogang Tian\, the Chines
 e Embassy in the UK\n\nProfessor Ian White\, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor\, the
  University of Cambridge\n\nCouncillor Tony Orgee\, the Cabinet Member for
  Economy and the Environment and the Former Chairman of Cambridgeshire Cou
 nty Council\n \nCouncillor Sheila Stuart\, the Mayor of Cambridge City Cou
 ncil\n\nSir David Wallace\, the Master of Churchill College\, Cambridge\n\

 istration.\n\n\n----\n\nBackground:\n\nThe preliminary and semi-final roun
 ds are to be held both in China and Britain\, followed by the final compet
 ition in London October this year. This contest would achieve an unprecede
 nted height in size and standard in the history of all entrepreneurship ch
 allenges around the UK.\n\nRecently\, emphasis from government has been ex
 erted on the absorption and importation of intellects overseas\, thus rele
 vant policies that encourage high-level talents to develop entrepreneurshi
 p back in China are launched in succession. Taking advantage of opportunit
 ies and advancing with times\, the association hopes to fully impel intell
 ectual communications and entrepreneurship cooperation between the two nat
 ions through this competition\, hence to realize the collaboration of adva
 ntageous resources between foreign high-end scientific and researching pro
 jects and domestic development in economy\, science\, technology\, and hum
 anity in all provinces and areas.\n
