DESCRIPTION:We present two-sided estimates of moments and tails of polynom
 ial chaoses of order at most three generated by Rademacher sequence (i.e. 
 a sequence of independent symmetric random variables taking values +/-1). 
 The estimates involve only deterministic quantities and are optimal up to 
 universal constants.\nThis is a joint work with R Adamczak (Warsaw).\n
