DESCRIPTION:The 10 kW Rossi reactor\, based on a Ni-H fusion reaction\, wa
 s demonstrated in January of this year.  Multiple reactors\, with total po
 wer up to 1MW\, are already being built for industrial use.  I will descri
 be the tests carried out on the reactor\, and its implications for the fut
