DESCRIPTION:Igusa class polynomials are the genus 2 analogue of the classi
 cal\nHilbert class polynomial. I will explain both notions and discuss the
 \ndifferences between the classical (elliptic) case and the genus 2 case\,
 \nmostly from a computational perspective.
