DESCRIPTION:The Randall-Sundrum framework provides a natural realization o
 f anarchic flavor models. Loop-level FCNC 'penguin' diagrams play an impor
 tant role in these models since they provide complimentary bounds on the f
 lavor parameters. After reviewing this scenario\, I will present current p
 rogress on the calculation of these penguins: current experimental constra
 ints\, UV finiteness\, and the breakdown of flavor anarchy. This talk will
  be based on arXiv:1004.2037 and follow up works in preparation.
