DESCRIPTION:Spirituality shows a clear distinction between short term exci
 tement and a deeper sense of well-being. Observations  in positive psychol
 ogy reveal that excitement almost invariably leads to boom and bust cycles
 . The present lecture series will explore this subject of happiness and in
