DESCRIPTION:P.L. Erdos and L.A. Szekely provided a bijection between roote
 d semi-labeled trees and set partitions\, and hence Stirling numbers of th
 e second kind. This\, with the asymptotic normality of the Sirling numbers
  of the second kind (Harper) translates into the asymptotic normality of r
 ooted semi-labeled trees with a fixed number of vertices and a variable nu
 mber of internal vertices. We apply Harper's method and the Erdos-szekely 
 bijection to obtain the asymptotic normality of of phylogenetic trees. \n
