DESCRIPTION:Conjugated organic semiconductors offer new opportunities for 
 the controlled manufacturing of active electronic circuits by a combinatio
 n of solution processing and direct printing. We will review recent insigh
 ts into the device and charge transport physics of both conjugated polymer
 s as well as solution-processible small molecule organic semiconductors\, 
 with a particular focus on the microscopic processes that limit the field-
 effect mobility in these systems.
