 rently a key government policy for dealing with climate change. In this ta
 lk Rosemary Randall will discuss the rationale for behaviour change polici
 es\, present some key criticisms of the approach and offer an alternative 
 psychological model for engaging people in change.\n\nRosemary Randall is 
 a psychotherapist. She was co-founder of Cambridge Carbon Footprint <http:
 //www.cambridgecarbonfootprint.org/> and formerly its Director. She writes
  and lectures widely on the psychology of climate change and is the creato
 r of the Carbon Conversations <http://carbonconversations.org> project and
  author of the Carbon Conversations handbook. She is currently working wit
