DESCRIPTION:Non-standard decays of the Higgs boson produced at the Large H
 adron Collider can lead to signatures which can easily be missed due to no
 n-adapted trigger or search strategies. In this talk I describe how simple
  modifications of the SM Higgs sector can weaken current LHC bounds and ho
 w to eventually regain sensitivity to such scenarios exploiting novel subj
 et techniques and combinations of different search strategies.
