DESCRIPTION:.\n\n\nABSTRACT\n\nA major poll taken just before the last Tha
iland general election in July indicated that 62% of those polled supporte
d corruption as long as they too would benefit. This is known as collectiv
e corruption in which all those involved profit. They are trapped in a soc
ial ‘black hole’.\n\nOnly a major change in the social mindset by mean
s of educational reform has any hope of tackling this wicked status quo. R
uling politicians are not interested in such change. Social upheaval is li
kely to precede it\, but political manoeuvring will prolong it. What is ev
en worse is that there is no guarantee of proper social reform after such
an upheaval. What is needed is nothing short of a miracle!\n\nThis lecture
aims to provide a complete blue print of effective educational reform tha
t will wipe out collective corruption and in addition will advise how to p
revent such a blue print being scrapped by corrupt politicians.\n\n\n.\n\n
