DESCRIPTION:The session on *22nd November* looks at how the vision needs t
 o meet with reality. The entrepreneur needs to be true and wedded to their
  beliefs and vision for the business venture\, but also\, to be open to le
 arning and taking feedback. \n\n*Dr David Cleevely*\, founder of Analysys 
 and co-founder of Abcam\; and *Jonathan Milner*\, co-founder of Abcam and 
 Chairman of Cambridge Temperature Concepts\, are both experienced entrepre
 neurs. They talk about understanding the importance of being flexible with
  business models in the early days\, knowing when to stick to the vision a
 nd when to be flexible.\n\n*When?* 22nd November 2011. Registration is fro

 s been central to the establishment of the Cambridge Network\, is a serial
  angel investor and his dynamism has enabled very healthy multiple exits f
 rom ventures.\n\n*Jonathan Milner* was a first time entrepreneur – selli
 ng antibodies from his laboratory. He is one of the very few people in Cam
 bridge who has taken an idea from his bicycle basket to the stock market! 
 Most entrepreneurs give up their position to so-called 'professional' CEOs
 \, but Jonathan has stayed the course and has now invested some of his gai
 ns in over 20 ventures. So\, he too is now a serial investor and backs it
