DESCRIPTION:I will discuss recent developments in three-dimensional superc
 onformal field theories based on the use of localization techniques. Speci
 al emphasis will be given to a particular example of three-dimensional Sei
 berg-like duality and the proposal of a new non-perturbative  constraint o
 n spontaneous supersymmetry breaking based on matrix models.
