DESCRIPTION:At The Psychometrics Centre we have a long track record in tes
 t standardisation\, having been responsible for the UK norms for several m
 ajor international tests including the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Chi
 ldren (WISC\, both 3rd and 4th revisions)\, the Wechsler Preschool and Pri
 mary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI-III)\, the Wechsler Individual Achieveme
 nt Test (WIAT and WIAT-II)\,the Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamenta
 ls (CELF-III) the Ravens Progressive Matrices and\, currently\, the 3rd Re
 vision of the British Ability Scales. John Rust will consider the impact o
 f changing demographics\, changing data collection methods and changing at
 titudes to psychometrics on the test standardisation process today (and to
 morrow).
