 he Department of Psychiatry who holds the Health Foundation Chair in Learn
 ing Disabilities. He will be delivering a talk entitled: A window on the b
 iology of behaviour: insights from syndromes of genetic origin. \n\nHis tw
 o main areas of research interest include: first\, investigating the relat
 ionship between particular genetic syndromes and associated psychiatric an
 d behavioural disorders (e.g. Prader-Willi Syndrome and over-eating\, and 
 Down’s Syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease) and\, secondly\, clinico-lega
 l studies\, including studies investigating the capacity of people with le
 arning disabilities to make particular decisions.
