DESCRIPTION:Given an undirected graph G\, we consider the set H(G) of all\
 nHermitian matrices with graph G. This places no restrictions on the\ndiag
 onal entries\, besides that they are real. Among matrices in H(G)\,\nthe p
 ossible lists of multiplicities for the eigenvalues are of\ninterest. Ther
 e has now been considerable work on what these lists\nmight be\, especiall
 y for trees\, and we survey portions of this work\,\nincluding maximum mul
 tiplicity\, lengths of lists\, and descriptions of\nall lists that occur f
 or various classes of graphs.
