DESCRIPTION:I will discuss applications of the microlocal calculus to the 
 study of the dispersion and of the controllability of the Schrödinger equ
 ation on flat tori (joint work with Fabricio Macia). I will also indicate 
 consequences on the speed of decay of the energy in the damped wave equati
 on (joint with Matthieu Leautaud).
