DESCRIPTION:An introduction to test and item evaluation covering the item 
 level statistics used across a range of Cambridge Assessment’s qualifica
 tions. The session will introduce the concepts of omit rates\, facility va
 lues\, discrimination indices\, bias or Differential\nItem Functioning\, a
 nd analysis of multiple choice items. Parts of the session will have a wor
 kshop style to build confidence in interpreting statistical analysis of as
 sessments. This session assumes a basic knowledge of statistics\, includin
 g the concepts of mean and standard deviation.\n\nThis seminar is free to
