 hether\na graph is transient or recurrent. In this talk I will\ndiscuss a 
 similar characterization of 'sub-diffusive\nbehaviour' -- this occurs in s
 paces with many obstacles\nor traps.\n\nThe characterization is in terms o
 f the energy of\ncutoff functions in annuli.\n\n
