DESCRIPTION:I will discuss the bosonic excitations present in certin stron
 gly-interacting holographic field theory states with a large density of ma
 tter. Particular attention will be paid to the properties of the sound mod
 es of these theories and how they compare with the properties of the sound
  mode of a Landau-Fermi liquid.
