DESCRIPTION:To each contact structure on a 3-manifold\, one can associate 
 a number of invariants\, which means objects or properties depending only 
 on its deformation class. This includes qualitative information (e.g. tigh
 tness\nor fillability)\, numbers (e.g. Giroux torsion)\, or algebraic obje
 cts (related to various flavors of Heegaard-Floer or contact homology). In
  this talk\, I will review some of these invariants\, explain what they ar
 e good for and explain some old and new relations between them.
