DESCRIPTION:Abstract: the (Riemann-)Schottky problem is that of describing
  the moduli space M_g of genus g\ncurves inside the moduli space A_g of g-
 dimensional abelian varieties. One classical approach is\nto seek modular 
 forms on A_g that vanish on M_g. We shall explain why there is no such for
 m that\nsurvives for every genus.\n\nThis is joint work with Giulio Codogn
