DESCRIPTION:"__Peptide and polypeptide structures can be examined by\nmean
s of the decay rates of absorption energy emissions. The variation in thes
e rates show exactly how the phosphate bond within the peptide structure i
s formed\nand how the electronic charge on each part of the  bond is rela
ted to the structure of the phosphorous linkage within the bond. The data
of energy emission decay can be analysed by classical and modern quantum
mechanic\nmethods and with statistical analysis of anistropy of decay. This
system of interpretation of energy emission decay data is a powerful inst
rument for determing larger atomic structures such as RNA and can be deve
loped for other electronic structure applications.__"
