DESCRIPTION:The SpiNNaker (Spiking Neural Network Architecture) project ai
 ms to deliver a massively-parallel computing platform for modelling large-
 scale systems of spiking neurons in real time. This system can be extended
  up to a million processors\, at which scale the machine has the capacity 
 to model around 1% of the human brain.
