DESCRIPTION:The Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation is the left-ov
 er heat from the Big Bang.\nIt is our best hope of uncovering fingerprints
  of the physics operating at very high energy scales\, inaccessible to Ear
 th-bound particle accelerators. We will hear how data from next generation
  cosmological surveys such as ESA's Planck CMB satellite will help us unco
 ver the physics at hitherto-unexplored energies.
