DESCRIPTION:Abstract: Dynamic figures such as the "spinning dancer" cont
ain no cues to suggest a particular direction of rotation\, yet observers
consistently report unambiguous clockwise or anticlockwise motion. We have
found reliable individual differences in directional biases for this type
of stimulus. In this talk\, I will describe the results of a genome-wide
association study (GWAS) of such visual biases\, offering a preliminary in
 sight into their genetic basis.
