DESCRIPTION:In recent years\, there is a tremendous growth in large scale 
 data on human proteins\, their interactions\, and their relations to disea
 ses. These allow for the first time a systems-level analysis of the molecu
 lar basis of disease. In my talk I will describe several recent\nworks in 
 this direction\, aiming to uncover novel disease proteins and their underl
 ying pathways with implications to diagnosis and therapy.
