DESCRIPTION:The six-dimensional (2\,0) M5-brane CFT was recently conjectur
ed to be obtainable as the strong-coupling limit of five-dimensional\, max
imally supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. In this talk we will first review
the arguments leading to this claim. We will then present new evidence in
its favour through the study of the M2/M5 bound state\, which provides an
  M-theoretic realisation of the Myers brane-polarisation effect.\n
