 e\, Chief Superintendent\, talks about his experiences of policing in Camb
 ridge from 1981 to 2011.\n\nA graduate of Bristol and Cambridge\, \nRob Ne
 edle joined Cambridgeshire Police in 1981\, rising through the ranks to be
 come Chief Superintendent in 2002. In 2003 he took over the station where 
 he had walked in as a young police constable 28 years earlier.  He became 
 one of the longest serving divisional commanders in Cambridgeshire.\n\nTic
