DESCRIPTION:Elizabeth Collett is Director of Migration Policy Institute Eu
 rope\, headquartered in Brussels\, and is also Senior Advisor to MPI's Tra
 nsatlantic Council on Migration. Based in Brussels\, Ms. Collett focuses o
 n European migration and immigrant integration policy.\n\nHer publications
  include Emerging Transatlantic Security Dilemmas in Border Management\, A
  New Architecture for Border Management (co-author)\, Immigrant Integratio
 n in a Time of Austerity\, and Soft\, Scarce\, and Super Skills: Sourcing 
 the Next Generation of Migrant Workers in Europe (co-author).\n\nPrior to 
 joining MPI\, Ms. Collett was a Senior Policy Analyst at the European Poli
 cy Centre\, an independent Brussels-based think tank\, and was responsible
  for its migration program\, which covered all aspects of European migrati
 on and integration policy. During her time at EPC she produced numerous wo
 rking papers and policy briefs focused on the future of European Union imm
 igration policy. She has also worked in the Migration Research and Policy 
 Department of the International Organization for Migration in Geneva and f
 or the Institute for the Study of International Migration in Washington\, 
 DC.\n\nMs. Collett\, who is a Research Associate at Compas\, Oxford Univer
 sity\, holds a master's degree in foreign service (with distinction) from 
 Georgetown University\, where she specialized in foreign policy and earned
  a certificate in refugee and humanitarian studies\, and a bachelor's degr
 ee in law from Oxford University.
