DESCRIPTION:Only a few years old\, the idea that kinematic building blocks
  of scattering amplitudes have the same structure and properties as the Li
 e-algebra color factors - known as color-kinematics duality - has proven q
 uite fruitful. Although the origins of the kinematic Lie-algebra structure
  remains unknown\, it has improved our understanding of non-planar gauge t
 heory and gravity.  In this talk\, I will review the status of color-kinem
 atics duality at tree and loop level\, illuminating the open problems as w
 ell as the techniques for calculating non-planar Yang-Mills and gravity lo
 op amplitudes. \n
