DESCRIPTION:Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2 (FGFR2) is a low-risk brea
 st cancer susceptibility gene. Its role in the etiology of breast cancer i
 s unknown. We have used gene expression microarrays to profile the express
 ion changes downstream of FGFR2 signalling in MCF7 cells. Our current anal
 ysis uses the ARACNe and MRA algorithms (_Carro et al.\, Nature\, 2010_) t
 o identify a network of transcription factors putatively regulating the FG
 FR2-associated expression response. I will present the results of this and
  previous analyses\, and discuss the future direction of our work.
