DESCRIPTION:For more than ninety years\, many experiments have shown that
the speed of light is not constant in the reference system connected to th
e Earth’s surface. But the speed of light (or of the electromagnetic rad
iation) is constant in the reference system connected with the space itsel
f in homogeneous gravitational field (where the gravitational potential is
the same).\nThe speed of light in the reference system connected with the
space itself is changing only when the light passes through time-spatial
areas with different gravitational potentials (or through time-spatial are
as with different levels of contraction/expansion of the space-time). The
Galileo\, Ulysses\, Pioneer 10 and 11 acceleration anomalies are actually
proving experiments of this reality.\nAs a conclusion Uncertainty principl
e for the macro-world is proposed.
