DESCRIPTION:It is a fundamental analysis\, which is a summary about the co
 mpliance of the special theory of relativity with our local physical Reali
 ty. The real physical nature of the Universe is: local certainty of defini
 ng (definiteness) in any local time-spatial domain (the area of existence\
 , like our time-spatial region on and near the Earth’s surface)\, and un
 certainty in defining in both the micro-world (quantum level) and macro-wo
 rld (Universe level). \nIn this way is given and a new model of the Univer
 se\, which gives solutions of many problems\, such as "the accelerated exp
 ansion of the Universe"\, "the dark matter and the dark energy in the Univ
 erse"\, etc.
