DESCRIPTION:Traditional college-aged students are at a particularly diffic
ult transitional period from late adolescence to young adulthood\, and the
re are several developmental tasks that the individual needs to resolve du
ring this period. Making a career decision is one of the major development
al tasks of this period. For some youth\, it is associated with great anxi
ety related to issues of decision-making\, and youth are pressured from va
rious sources to make decisions about career. Although there is a well-est
ablished body of research on career decision making\, some areas are still
unexplored or not fully explained. This study explores how the career dec
ision-making self-efficacy mediated the relationship between pressure on e
