 e learning methods.\nMachine Learning theory can provide principled ways o
 f extracting signal\, \nmaking predictions\, deciding actions\, optimizing
  execution of actions\, and \nunderstanding impact of action for financial
  data.\n\nI will give an overview of the financial landscape\, with proble
 m setups\, \nstandard methods\, as well as machine learning improvements\n
 on current methods where available.\n\nThe RCC will be tutorial in nature 
 and thus there is no required reading.
