DESCRIPTION:Shallow semantic analyzers\, such as semantic role labelers an
 d sense\ntaggers\, are increasing in accuracy and becoming commonplace. Ho
 wever\,\nthey only provide limited and local representations of\nwords and
  individual predicate-argument structures. This talk will\naddress some of
  the current opportunities and challenges in producing\ndeeper\, richer re
 presentations of coherent eventualities. Available\nresources\, such as Ve
 rbNet\, that can assist in this process will also be\ndiscussed\, as well 
 as some of their limitations.
