DESCRIPTION:Professor Pritchard is Head of Research at Kew Garden's Millen
 ium Seed Bank Partnership\, the largest ex situ plant conservation project
  in the world. The Seed Bank works with global partners to conserve threat
 ened plants and those of most use for the future. 10% of the world's wild 
 plant species have been banked and the aim is to save 25% by 2020. Profess
 or Pritchard will be speaking about the processes\, techniques and challen
 ges involved in gathering and preserving these seeds.
