DESCRIPTION:We shall report on a holographic dual of a confined Fermi liqu
 id state which is constructed by putting a charged fluid of fermions in th
 e AdS soliton geometry. We shall compare these solition star solutions wit
 h other existing zero temperature solutions and find interesting phase tra
 nsitions in certain regions of parameter space. We will also analyze the p
 robe fermion equations (in the WKB approximation) in the background of thi
 s soliton star geometry to confirm the presence of many sharp Fermi-surfac
 es in the system.
