DESCRIPTION:Our knowledge of genetics and genomics is burgeoning and new d
 iscoveries have the potential to transform health care delivery in the UK.
  However\, clinical implementation of such innovations is not a straightfo
 rward process and often requires careful consideration of the wider health
  policy context and the opportunities and barriers to implementation. \n\n
 This free seminar gives an overview of the policy context for clinical imp
 lementation and some examples of the progress of genomics in the NHS. \n\n
