 remium chocolate brand 'Hotel Chocolat'\, to our first networking event of
  the Autumn.\n\nWHAT IS HOTEL CHOCOLAT?\nHotel Chocolat is a British ch
 ocolatier that encompasses a new type of chocolate company\, connecting lu
 xury chocolate making and retailing with cocoa growing – it is one of th
 e world’s few chocolate makers to actually grow cocoa. Hotel Chocolat re
 mains a privately owned company with the original co-founders still very m
 uch involved.\n\nWith his grandmother’s patisserie shop and his fa
 ther’s ice cream business\, Angus has speciality food retailing hard-wir
 ed into his genes. A childhood spent in theCaribbean\, home to some of the
  world’s best cocoa\, kindled a love for cocoa and this region - which w
 ould later lead to the purchase of a cocoa estate there. A further influen
 ce was the two years spent living and working inFrancewhere his reverence 
 for real food was further developed.\n\nTimings: Registration is from 6.15
