DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will provide an overview of the Fuse project\, 
 an ongoing five\nyear initiative sponsored by IARPA\, and worked on in joi
 nt with 4 US\nuniversities: Washington\, Michigan\, Columbia\, and Marylan
 d. I will then talk\nabout my task under this umbrella project\, citation 
 analysis\, including a brief\ndiscussion of some previous research extract
 ing citation contexts utilising\ncoreference-chains. I will end with an in
 troduction of the citation corpus\ncurrently under planning.
