  Hutchinson will describe the science behind a selection of wines and spir
 its chosen for the Christmas/winter season. \n\nJames is an enthusiastic a
 nd knowledgeable wine aficionado. He developed his love of wine while stud
 ying at Cambridge and now works for the Royal Society of Chemistry. \n\nLi
 mited numbers (30 maximum). \n\n*N.B. Only open to SCI & RSC members (plus
