DESCRIPTION:We will be holding a Philosophy Open Afternoon at Madingley Ha
 ll on Sunday 2 December from 3pm to 5pm.\n\nThis is an event for anybody w
 ho would like to know what is involved in studying Philosophy at the Insti
 tute of Continuing Education (ICE)\, whether for a Cambridge qualification
  or as a hobby. You can hear more about the range of Philosophy courses we
  offer\, explore an online Philosophy seminar\, and let us know what cours
 es you would like to see in future.\n\nYou can also take part in a short c
 lass\, and for those who are considering applying for our Undergraduate Ad
 vanced Diploma in Philosophy\, there will be a session on how to write a g
 ood research proposal.\n\nBooking is not essential for this event\, but if
