  of commercial property due to increasing user expectation and the decreas
 ing cost of instrumentation\, making real-time management of commercial sp
 ace a reality.  ‘The consumerization of IT’\, BYOD and other technolog
 y trends are changing the way space is occupied and managed\, offering the
  opportunity to reduce operational expenditure\; manage multiple assets in
  real-time\; and increase the overall user experience.\n\nThe greater avai
 lability and demand for data is challenging the traditional tenant landlor
 d relationship\, real-time data for example can provide greater operationa
 l transparency and drive other user services.\n\nEvidence suggests that th
 ere has been a significant convergence between enterprise networks and IT 
 integration. It has become increasingly possible to converge building auto
 mation over an enterprise network for data communication and share facilit
 y wide data for BAS and other organizational needs.\n
