DESCRIPTION:The Academy of Ancient Music is curating a series of three day
 -long workshops at the Judge Business School\, Cambridge for arts organisa
 tions seeking to diversify their income streams and attract greater levels
  of funding from private sources.  \n\nThe first\, on 20 February\, will f
 ocus on how to tell an inspiring story about why donors and funders should
  offer their support.  It will include:\n* A keynote discussion with Sir C
 live Gillinson (Executive and Artistic Director\, Carnegie Hall\, New York
  and former Managing Director\, London Symphony Orchestra) on his belief t
 hat ‘money follows vision’\;\n* A session with leading business consul
 tant Dr Jo Whitehead (Director\, Ashridge Strategic Management Centre and 
 author\, What you need to know about strategy) on how to create a compelli
 ng organisational plan and sell it to funders and investors\;\n* A panel d
 iscussion on how to ‘create a buzz’ about your organisation — boosti
 ng its fame and visibility and raising awareness of its case for support a
 mong people who matter — without breaking the bank.\n\nOther speakers wi
 ll include Jeremy Newton (Judge Business School Arts & Culture Fellow) and
  members of the Academy of Ancient Music’s senior management team.\n\nSp

  Academy of Ancient Music\, but a £10 contribution is requested towards t
