  Policy Forum at the University of Cambridge will give a talk on *carbon c
 apture and storage (CCS)*\, its real option value and hence potential role
  in the future electricity system.\n\n"Real options analysis was applied t
 o evaluate the investment in a carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology
  for a CCGT plant in the UK market and\nregulatory context. Compared to a 
 traditional valuation analysis (e.g. DCF)\, the real options approach show
 s that investment in CCS has a great\nupside potential\, given market and 
 regulatory uncertainties in the UK electricity sector."\n\nThe CUEN commit
