DESCRIPTION:The UK has long been a world-leader for innovation in Life Sci
 ences\, with an impressive track-record for the development of innovative 
 drugs and technologies. However\, to remain ahead of the race\, it will be
  essential for the UK to adapt its Life Science Strategy to the rapidly ch
 anging markets. Taking the Cambridge Life Science Cluster as an example\, 
 known worldwide to be one of the most successful clusters of its kind\, we
  will investigate the following questions in greater depth:\n\n1. Which le
 ssons can we learn from the Cambridge Life Science Cluster\, has there alw
 ays been a strong strategy in place?\n\n2. Which role should Government\, 
 Industry and Academia play to promote innovation\, entrepreneurship and ac
 ademic excellence in order to maintain a world-leading Life Science Indust
 ry?
