 ntal protection.   \n\nDr. Abid Suleri is Executive Director of the Islama
 bad based South Asian think-tank Sustainable Development Policy Institute.
  As an expert on the issues of food security\, regional trade\, globalizat
 ion and rural livelihoods\, he provides policy advice to the regional gove
 rnments and international donor agencies. \n
